Morocco Desert Trips ("we", "us") is a licensed Moroccan tour operator based in Marrakech. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
When you send an enquiry or booking request we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and any message you include. When you browse the site we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, via analytics cookies.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and operate your tour, send booking confirmations and practical trip information, and comply with Moroccan legal obligations for registered tour operators. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
To operate your tour we may share necessary details (name, group size, dietary needs) with the drivers, camps, hotels and guides delivering your trip. They receive only what they need to provide the service.
Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept as long as Moroccan tax and tourism regulations require.
