These terms apply to all tours, day trips and treks operated by Morocco Desert Trips, a licensed Moroccan tour operator. A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) of your tour, date and price.
Prices are quoted in euros per person unless stated otherwise. Private tour prices depend on group size, as shown in the pricing table on each tour page. Unless agreed otherwise, no deposit is required for standard bookings and the balance is payable locally at the start of the tour, in cash (EUR or MAD) or by any payment method we confirm in writing.
Each tour page lists exactly what is included and excluded. Unless stated, lunches, drinks, monument entrance fees, travel insurance and tips are not included.
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours, or failure to appear at the agreed pickup, may incur a fee of up to one night's accommodation cost where camps or hotels have already been reserved on your behalf.
In rare cases (extreme weather, road closures, safety concerns) we may adjust an itinerary or, as a last resort, cancel a departure. You will be offered an alternative date, an alternative tour of equal value, or a full refund of any amount paid.
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents and adequate travel insurance, for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time, and for informing us in advance of any medical condition, reduced mobility or dietary requirement that could affect your participation.
We operate with licensed drivers, guides and insured vehicles. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions or actions of third parties outside our contracted partners.
If something is not right during your tour, tell your driver-guide immediately so we can fix it on the spot. Unresolved issues should be sent to us in writing within 14 days of the tour's end.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
